Absolutely. All our plans come with free 10 Days trials. You do not need to enter credit card for trials. Just install our free plugin from WordPress reporitory and activate free trial from there. After the end of the trial you have the option to subscribe or just downgrade to your previous plan (including free plan).
Is my payment secure?
Yes absolutely. We have partnered with freemius to process subscriptions and payments. Your payment details never hit our server is saved securely within our partner platforms (Stripe and PayPal). Rest assured we have absolutely no idea what you've used to process the payment and we never will.
How do I get support?
If you are on the free plan, then we offer community based support on wordpress.org support forum. If you are on any of the paid plans, please head over to our Support Page to get priority support from our staff.
How to access my purchase history
We use freemius for processing the purchases, and you can head over to our Freemius Store Page to access all your purchases and manage subscriptions.
Help! I have lost my license keys!
Do not worry, as long as you have access to the email you've used to make the purchase, you are safe. First check the email for purchases from wpeform.io. Then head over to the store page and reset your password. From there you can access all your purchases and licenses.
Can I get a refund?
